The lottery dream has a well-worn spiritual reading: unexpected fortune is on its way, or abundance is being offered. That reading has no evidential support and the dream does not predict anything. It persists because the dream itself is pleasant, and a pleasant dream about being rescued from a financial situation is easy to want to believe.
There is a more grounded version. Someone dreaming about winning big is usually dreaming about relief, and often about not having to carry a specific burden any longer. The dream is not telling you to buy a ticket. It is telling you which pressure you would most like lifted, which is genuinely useful information if you use it.
